DRAMATIC INTERVIEW

Kagawa's upbringing was marked by innocence until his parents, victims of a fatal plane crash, departed from this world. As their sole offspring, he was taken in by his cousin, who supported him through high school and beyond. Kagawa hustled for a decade, and his cousin, pleased with his efforts, encouraged him in all his endeavors.

One day, Kagawa's cousin spotted a job vacancy on social media for a supermarket position, knowing it was one of Kagawa's preferred roles. Urging him to apply, Kagawa promptly crafted his curriculum vitae and sent it off. His anticipation soared, hopeful that the human resource manager would invite him for an interview. After three days, the call came, marking the crucial final step to secure a promising job.

Despite Kagawa's struggles with English fluency, his cousin coached him on common interview questions and the appropriate responses:

1. Interviewer: Can you work under minimum supervision?

   Kagawa's Response: Yes.

2. Interviewer: Can you work well in a team?

   Kagawa's Response: Absolutely yes.

3. Interviewer: What improvements would you bring to the company?

Kagawa's Response: Because I can work under minimum supervision, I will initiate improvements immediately.

4. Interviewer: Where do you see the company in five years?

Kagawa's Response: Drawing from my experience in other companies, I will bring that expertise here, contributing to the company's growth.

Kagawa diligently memorized these responses and repeated them throughout the day before the interview. On the interview day, dressed in his favorite suit, he maintained focus, avoiding any distractions. As he arrived at the office, he encountered a queue of other candidates. Silently rehearsing his responses, Kagawa was called in after a brief wait.

The humorous exchange during the interview unfolded:

1. Interviewer: Can you kindly knock the door?

Kagawa's Response: Yes, under minimum supervision. (Laughter ensued.)

2. Interviewer: Are you sure you are okay?

Kagawa's Response: Because of my experience in other companies, I see this company going higher and higher. (More laughter.)

3. Interviewer: Secretary, please talk to him; maybe he has a problem.

   Kagawa's Response: Absolutely yes.

4. Interviewer: "Security, please take this man away," he shouted.

Kagawa's Response: (Struggling) Thank you so much for giving me this chance.

The interviewer's parting words were, "No problem, we will call you; don't call us."

                            THE END
